I arrived to have a kind, patient and compassionate service manager named Cassie. She was all of the above and welcomed and entertained my French and her English in our interaction. I ordered one glass of Rose - Des Maures Le Rouet, it was refreshing and wasn’t over sweet to taste. For my meal I ordered a tomato salad - quarter pieces of green, red and yellow tomatoes placed in a circle housing a giant ball of fresh mozzarella cheese, drizzled with freshly made pesto sauce and topped with plentiful pieces of basil. Bread was brought to the table in a small basket, fresh and just the right amount of crisp. The flavours fused together to create a lovely array of juicy, creamy and refreshing salad. The extra pine seeds added to the dish was a great accompaniment for dipping the delicious bread in the sauce. Very grateful for the enjoyable experience, the only downfall is something completely out of my control, being a non smoker and accustomed to not have any smoke or e cigarettes around during meal times at home I did find it challenging to channel the “control the controllable” when breathing is usually something I have control over without limitations to smoke filled air."
